All REP Injection presses are now connected to diagnostic software called REPNetWin giving us real time values and conditions.

All remaining compression and injection presses have been fitted with new Programmable Logic Controllers and the data, apart from being available on the factory floor is now available on all desk tops. This is real time. As a press opens so the graphics alter. Apart from the visual aspect all data can be seen and even altered on the desk top. There is literally no need to go to the press to make adjustments with this SCADA system.

When a job is programmed into a press it is done by a laser barcode reader. This gives the machine all the necessary operating parameters and also counts down to produce the correct number of parts. When this is done the machine requests a new job!
