It is unusual to find a rubber moulder who also mixes their own raw material but because total process control begins at the compounding stage a mixing facility is maintained. This ensures that all raw material consistently meets its specification.
Fully computerised weighing ensures that every formulation is precisely weighed to predetermined tolerances. All weights are recorded for statistical process control purposes and to ensure total traceability. Some twenty different polymers are currently used supplying the needs of a wide variety of industries and applications.
